Joel Palous grew up with a winemaker’s grandfather in Aveyron. He was a Sommelier trained in Nimes, was the youngest Head Sommelier at the Fouquet’s Paris, WSET trained in the UK, was a sommelier at Le Pont de la Tour, Created several vineyard groups in Bordeaux, wine producer in Pomerol at Chateau Pomeaux, restructure vineyard in Spain, Italy, Slovenia and France, created several brands and sold them to a profit, Brand Ambassador for the Champagne Paul Goerg, owner and founder of Buzdrinks to help the local producer to explore the world market.
